Deadline for Third-quarter Realtor Foundation: RI Grants Approaching August 15th

The REALTOR® Foundation: Rhode Island offers quarterly grants of up to $5000 to non-profit organizations that provide financial and other forms of assistance to Rhode Islanders affected by a personal or natural disaster. The deadline for the next application cycle is August 15th at 5pm.

Since its inception, the Foundation has provided more than $100,000 in quarterly grants to organizations across Rhode Island. During the last quarterly  grant cycle, the Realtor Foundation: Rhode Island disbursed $1000 to the Gloria Gemma Foundation and $3000 to We Heart Lives. The Gloria Gemma Foundation is using the funds to provide support resources to those with cancer and on May 27th, We Heart Lives used the grant to provide 500 bags of groceries to feed 2000 Rhode Islanders. This year, Foundation funding was also earmarked for pandemic related initiatives through the Matching Grant Challenge which provided more than $20,000 to the Rhode Island Foundation and Family Service of Rhode Island.
