Eight Local Non-profits Receive Funds from the Realtor Foundation: Rhode Island Quarterly Grant Program
Warwick, R.I. – June 27, 2024 -- The Realtor Foundation: Rhode Island, the charitable arm of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, disbursed funding grants to eight local non-profit organizations in June as part of its quarterly grant program. The Foundation provides quarterly grants to local 501c3 organizations who provide resources that help create more productive and enriched Rhode Island communities.
Recipients of the second quarter grants included New Urban Arts, Bryant University’s Project Playhouse, In-Sight, Refugee Dream Center, Spirit of Hope, A Beautiful Day, Junior Achievement of Rhode Island, and Neighbors Helping Neighbors RI. Awards ranging from $500 to $1500 will be used for numerous efforts including support of the arts, refugee resettlement, help for homeless and low-income populations, youth education, and programs for the visually impaired and children with serious illnesses.
In total, the REALTOR® Foundation: Rhode Island has awarded grants to 55 local non-profits through its quarterly grant program.
