Deadline Approaching for Applications for Realtor Foundation: RI Grants
The REALTOR® Foundation: RI has announced the winners of the Foundation’s first quarter grants for 2019. Reach Out and Read Rhode Island (RORRI) and Cross Roads Rhode Island have each been awarded a portion of the $5000 available per quarter. The funds were disbursed as follows:
Reach Out and Read Rhode Island (RORRI) – $3000
RORRI gives young children a foundation for success by incorporating books into pediatric care and encouraging families to read aloud together. RORRI will use the funds to purchase books and provide programmatic support for their statewide sites.
Crossroads Rhode Island – $2000
Crossroads RI is the largest homeless services organization in Rhode Island, and their main mission is to help homeless or at-risk individuals and families secure stable homes. The funds received will be used to support their Essential Services for Women Experiencing Homelessness.
The REALTOR® Foundation: RI provides grants of up to $5000 each quarter to non-profit entities who share its mission to support the enhancement of quality of life, and to assist individuals or entities affected by a personal or natural disaster.
